Ann M. Bruhn, BSDH, MS

A frequent contributor to Dimensions of Dental Hygiene and a member of the journal’s Peer Review Panel, Ann M. Bruhn, BSDH, MS, has been named interim chair of Old Dominion University’s Gene W. Hirschfeld School of Dental Hygiene in Norfolk, Virginia. A distinguished educator and author, Bruhn is a frequent contributor to many peer reviewed journals, has one published textbook, and has published several textbook chapters. Bruhn has served as course director for Oral Radiology at Old Dominion University since 2010, and is the recipient of the 2017 College of Health Sciences Outstanding Faculty Teaching Award for successfully providing an engaging teaching environment using innovative approaches and technologies.
